Method 1:- View saved WiFi password on Android 10 or Up Devices.

In this method, Root is not required or any extra application to extract the Passwords.

Step 1 – Go to the setting of your phone and find the WiFi Submenu. or you can go to Settings –> Network & internet here you will find the WiFi settings menu go and click on it.

Step 2 – Inside the WiFi settings scroll to down and you will find the Saved Networks option click on it. In this option, you will see all WiFi networks your device is saved.

Step 3 – Click on anyone’s WiFi network to see a WiFi password then you have to scan your fingerprint, pin, and Face scan for authentication, and then you will see one new wifi screen.

Method 2:- View saved WiFi passwords using File Manager.

First, you need to Download File Explorer to access root Folders. In this method no need to root your device if you download the File Manager like Root Explorer or Super Manager to View Saved password.

Step 1 – Open the File Explorer and go to the given location – Data/Misc/WiFi Folder.

Step 2 – Under the given path you will find a file name as “Wap_Supplicant.conf“.

Step 3 – Open the file through Text/Html viewer. You need to look at SSID and PSK. As we all know SSID means WiFi Name and PSK means WiFi Password.
In this way now you are able to view all WiFi passwords.

Method 3:- View saved WiFi passwords using ES File Explorer

ES File Explorer is removed from the play store due to some security resions you need to download the app from any other website. This app helps you to access the root files without having root access to your mobile.

Step 1 – Download the ES File Explorer application on your mobile phone.

Step 2 – You have to enable the root access in file explorer for that you have to go three lines on let top side and then you will get “Root Explorer” to enable it.

Step 3 – Now you have to find the Data folder.

Step 4 – Now find the “Misc folder” in the “Data folder”.

Step 5 – Under the Misc folder find “wpa_supplicant.conf” file open this file in text/HTML viewer. You need to look at SSID and PSK. As we all know SSID means WiFi Name and PSK means WiFi Password.

How to View Saved WiFi Passwords on Windows?

Method 1 – If your device is currently connected to a WiFi network then it is very easy to get the password.

You have to go Start menu – search for “Network Status”, then click on the change Adapter Options button it will get in the setting menu.

If you are using Windows 7 or lower then go to open the Control Panel and head to Network and Internet > Network Connections.

Right-click on your computer WiFi Adapter in the list. Choose status – Wireless Properties – Security tab you will see the password of WiFi.
